Take a deeper dive into what Indigenous Grounding & Reconciliation look like and how steps can be taken to start understanding and embracing aspects of both within professional and private settings. Indigenous Grounding techniques are provided to incorporate into classes and client sessions. Reconciliation is further explained with exercises on how best to begin or continue one's journey.
